Last Wednesday I went to Accurel with Ned and Max. The LSTFE2 chip is having power-cycling issues so we did some surgery with the focused ion beam. Fang Wu, the FIB operation manger at Accurel, was very skilled and experienced. Here is Fang and Max prepping the board:
This is part of the FIB machine. The IC schematic is on the left monitor and a focused ion beam image of the IC is on the right monitor. I belive that Fang is growing wires in this picture:
